Welcome to AllFeel. We understand the importance of your personal information and will strive to take security measures. This Privacy Policy applies to the AllFeel mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") and its related services, helping you understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, and how you can manage this information.
**Special Note:** This Application is a companion application for smart devices. Different functions will request corresponding system permissions when you actively use them; you can refuse authorization, which may result in the corresponding function being unavailable, but will not affect other basic functions.
**Before using the Application, please carefully read and understand all the contents of this policy, especially the clauses that are of significant importance to your rights. By using the Application, you indicate that you have understood the core content of this policy and agree that we will process your personal information in accordance with this policy.
I. Information We Collect and Its Purpose
1. Account and Personal Information
- Information Type: Nickname, avatar, and other information you actively fill in or set.
- Purpose of Use: To display your personal information on pages such as "My" and provide a personalized experience.
- Processing Method: You can modify your nickname and avatar at any time; if you do not set them, the default information will be displayed, which will not affect the use of main functions.
2. Device Connection and Bluetooth Related Information
- Information Type: Bluetooth status, nearby connectable device information, connected device identifier.
- Permissions Involved: Bluetooth-related permissions (such as BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT).
- Purpose of Use: To search, discover, connect to, and manage your smart devices, ensuring device communication and function control.
- Use Cases: Device scanning, device reconnection, device settings synchronization, device firmware upgrades, etc.
3. Location Information(Android)
- Information Type: Location information (precise/fuzzy positioning, including background positioning scenarios).
- Permissions Involved: ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION.
- Purpose of Use: For device positioning and pushing weather information to the device based on the location.
- Note: You can disable location permissions in system settings; after disabling, location and weather synchronization related functions will be limited.
4. Contact and Call Related Information
- Information Type: Contact information, incoming call status information (when you authorize and use related functions).
- Permissions involved: READ_CONTACTS, READ_PHONE_STATE, READ_CALL_LOG.
- Purpose of use: For watch contact management, call-related reminders, and device-side display.
- Minimum necessity principle: Information is only read when you actively use functions such as contact synchronization and call reminders.
5. Camera and Media File Information
- Information type: Camera capture content, image/audio/video files in the album (authorization varies depending on system version).
- Permissions involved: CAMERA, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_AUDIO, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (for older systems).
- Purpose of use: For functions such as taking photos, QR code recognition, watch face/image synchronization, and media resource selection.
- Note: Only processes content you actively select or record; it will not automatically read all your media files in the background.
6. Microphone Recording Information
- Information Type: Voice input audio data.
- Permissions Involved: RECORD_AUDIO.
- Purpose of Use: For voice assistant, AI voice interaction, and other functions; only used when you actively trigger the voice function.
- Note: When you exit the voice interaction page or turn off the voice function, microphone data will no longer be collected.
7. Notification and Reminder Information
- Information Type: Notification permission status, notification access status.
- Permissions Involved: POST_NOTIFICATIONS, notification access related system settings.
- Purpose of Use: For message reminders, device notification synchronization, and other functions.
- Note: You can disable notification permissions at any time. Disabling them will prevent you from receiving application message alerts or notification synchronization services.
II. IoA Service Data Collection and Processing
Intelligent Voice Interaction
To enable voice wake-up and intelligent conversation features, we may entrust third-party technology service providers to process related data. We will enter into relevant processing agreements with such processors as required by law and supervise their use of personal information. The relevant data includes:
- Voice data: Collected only after a wake word is detected, used for speech-to-text recognition, semantic understanding, and intelligent conversation response generation. Wake word detection is performed locally on the device. Voice data is uploaded to the cloud for recognition and deleted immediately after processing without retention. Transmission uses encrypted channels (TLS).
Device Access and Management
To enable device registration, online status management, and firmware upgrade features, we may entrust third-party technology service providers to process related data. We will enter into relevant processing agreements with such processors as required by law and supervise their use of personal information. The relevant data includes:
- Device SN: The unique serial number of the device, used for device registration authentication, online status management, and firmware upgrades;
- Device MAC address: The physical address of the device network interface, used for network communication and device access authentication.
Device SN and MAC address are retained during device registration and deleted after device deregistration.
III. How We Obtain Your Authorization and Consent
- When you use the relevant functions for the first time, we will explain the purpose of the application and request authorization through a system permission pop-up window.
- You can choose "Allow" or "Deny"; denial will not affect other functions that do not rely on this permission.
- You can withdraw authorization through system settings or the "Permission Settings" page within the application; after withdrawal, we will no longer process the information corresponding to the relevant permission.
IV. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
When embedding web services (such as user agreement, privacy policy pages) in this application, the web service provider may use cookies or similar technologies to ensure proper page loading. You can manage this through your browser or system settings.
V. How We Entrust the Processing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Information
- We will not sell your personal information.
- We may entrust partners to process necessary information only when necessary to achieve functionality and in compliance with laws and regulations.
- If transfer or public disclosure is involved, we will fulfill our obligation to inform and take necessary protective measures in accordance with the law.
- When the partnership terminates, we will require our partner to cease processing and delete or anonymize relevant information.
VI. Information Storage and Protection
- We will retain your information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the objectives of this policy, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
- We take reasonable security measures to protect information, such as access control, transmission encryption, and least privilege.
- The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment. In the event of a security incident, we will notify you as required by laws and regulations.
- Some of your data may be stored on local devices (such as cache, configuration, and history) to improve functionality and user experience.
VII. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your relevant information, and can manage authorization through the following methods:
- Turn on or off the corresponding permissions in system settings;
- Manage the authorization status on the "Permission Settings" page within the application;
- Stop using some functions or uninstall the application.
- If you have any objections to the information processing, you can contact us through the feedback portal within the application.
Please note: After disabling permissions, related functions may no longer be available.
VIII. Protection of Minors
If you are a minor, please read and decide whether to agree to this policy under the guidance of your guardian. Guardians have the right to manage the information processing behavior of their wards.
IX. Updates to this Policy
We may update this policy based on business changes and legal requirements.
We will notify you of the update via in-app notifications or other appropriate means. Significant changes will be notified in a more prominent manner.
